Delivery is by Australia Post
If you are not home, they will leave a card and take the parcel to the post office marked on the card. You can request them to leave it by making a note when you place the order with us.
- Regular Australia Post – Shipping and handling charge, within Australia. Does not include insurance. Please call or email prior to ordering if insurance is required ($1 per $100 cover).

3 items and up – A$0.00
- Express Australia Post – Shipping and handling charge, within Australia. Does not include insurance. Please call or email prior to ordering if insurance is required ($1 per $100 cover).
Flat Rate – A$17.00 per order
- Orders delivered to New Zealand – please contact to get quote
Returns
- An item will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer if there is a fault or damage not caused through misuse by the customer
- Lymphatic Services Australia must be notified within 7 days of an item arriving that they feel it is eligible to be returned
- We do not provide refunds for “change of mind”
- In exceptional circumstances we will replace a garment that is the wrong size, extra delivery costs being borne by the customer. This is rarely necessary (and being an undergarment, highly undesirable) as the process for determining size (refer size chart or practitioner) is very accurate and simple, and we are available and easily accessible to provide assistance.
- They are high tech medical garments, and some people not experienced with them are taken back by how small they look when first taken from the packaging. They are designed to work effectively and comfortably with a lot of stretch.
Out of Stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will probably have it in the alternative colour. If this is not an option, email us – sales@lymphaticaustralia.com.au or call 03 97026027 – and we can give you an estimation when we will have it in stock (we receive regular shipments) and put it on back-order.
