The more, the better! At least 6 hours a day
In most cases they are ideal to wear at night when most heavier garments are removed. As always, check with your therapist. If there is any pain or discomfort remove them. However, we know a lot of people do wear them to bed with great results. People in warmer climates find this beneficial as they can take them off during the heat of the day.
4 to 6 months is the recommendation to start looking at renewing Bioflect. We know people do use them a lot longer than that!
Sorry but no. This is not K-Mart. They are a technologically advanced garment designed to support a range of conditions, and the sizing system works well – we only sell online. And they are an undergarment. There is little we can do with them once they have been worn.
