An item will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer if there is a fault or damage not caused through misuse by the customer. The replacement garment will be the same size and style as originally ordered
Lymphatic Services Australia must be notified within 7 days of an item arriving that they feel it is eligible to be returned
We do not provide refunds for “change of mind”
Once a garment has been worn or placed on or tried, they are not suitable to sell on to someone else therefore we are unable to take them back. This is rarely an issue as the process for determining size (click here for size chart or refer to your practitioner) is very accurate and simple (we only sell online), and we are available and easily accessible to provide assistance before the purchase.
We will take a garment back if it has not been placed on and still in the packaging, shipping expenses borne by the purchaser. It will be inspected prior to any refund
If size and style were determined by a 3rd party – typically an accredited practitioner – then discuss with them first if not sure or unhappy with the product they have recommended. We are happy to support the practitioner in any way we can and welcome any call or email from them, however that needs to be done before ordering and certainly before trying the garment on
