Sorry but no. This is not K-Mart. They are a technologically advanced garment designed to support a range of conditions, and the sizing system works well – we only sell online. And they are an undergarment. There is little we can do with them once they have been worn.

Bioflect is fit for purpose and cost effective for its many benefits. It may be an option for you in its own right, and it is often prescribed to complement the myriad of other treatment options. Some of those options can add up to quite a lot of money. That sucks, we know. However, it is more expensive – and reduces quality of life – if you don’t get it right.

They are approximately 18mmHg, or equivalent to a class 1. However, it is important to know they are not sold as compression garments in Australia (although they are sold as such in the USA).

Yes. The breathable, bacteriostatic fabric makes Bioflect a great option for warmer climates, travel, or overnight wear when heavier, rigid garments are not ideal. They are not a direct treatment for DVT however can be helpful in managing symptoms associated with the condition
If you are not home, they will leave the parcel in a safe place if there is one available, and if there is not a safe place available they will leave a notification card and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office.
We keep a large inventory of the entire range of Bioflect within Australia, so normally once an order is placed it will be processed and in the post within 3 days. After that it is up to Australia Post. Generally speaking they are very good, and once an order is processed you should have received the tracking number by email (may need to check junk). However they are not perfect and most customers know of their local ‘peculiarities’. If necessary, there is an option to leave special instructions when ordering, and feel free to call or email if you don’t have them within a reasonable timeframe.

Easy! Not too much different to your regular wash. Please refer to the instructions on this link. They are an undergarment so most people purchase 2 pairs and they have one on while the other is being washed.
Not any more than denim jeans. It is a reality of the condition that the treatment may include wearing garments. Bioflect is effective while still comfortable due to the intelligent design creating a garment that is breathable, bacteriostatic, and with no latex, rubber or neoprene.

Sure. And they wash themselves, hang themselves out to dry and even bring themselves back in when it looks like it is raining. Sorry, but no. They are fit for purpose – link – and for a lot of people have played a big part in improving quality of life, but unlikely to be the sole reason for a cure.
